I really needed an affordable care with plenty of safety features. I’ve driven Nissan cars for over 20 years and I’ve been very happy with these cars. Luke Brunson worked hard to get a deal that met my budget. He was friendly and not a pushing salesman. This was a pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone to work with him to get a great deal. Great job!!!

Brook is an awesome Salesperson. She didn't stop until she found me the SUV I was looking for. She stayed in contact with me daily until my Rogue came in. General Manager and Finance Manager was very helpful and worked hard to make sure they got the best financing available. Michelle had my vehicle along with paperwork and everything ready waiting on me when I got off work. She called every insurance company for me and didn't stop until she got me a deal on car insurance. The GM also worked hard on making sure I was covered with the bank and had everything protected before I left the lot. Overall experience was super easy and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a really great and fun buying experience this weekend with our salesman, James. We drove from over an hour away for a specific car but after arriving, I decided it wasn’t for me. I had an absolutely fantastic experience getting my oil change at Five Star. From the moment I pulled in, Harley greeted me warmly, confirmed my appointment immediately, and had me checked in within minutes. The waiting area was clean and comfortable The technician completed the service faster than expected, and I was kept updated throughout. They even topped off my washer fluid, checked tire pressures, and performed a quick multi-point inspection without being asked. When the car was ready, Harley walked me through everything that was done, explained the inspection results clearly, and had my vehicle pulled around front, clean and ready to go. It’s rare to find this level of care and transparency with a simple oil change, and I left feeling genuinely valued as a customer. I’ll absolutely be back for all my future maintenance needs and won’t hesitate to recommend Five Star to friends and family.

I give 5star Nissan of Florence 5 stars only because there isn’t a choice to leave 10 stars. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I drove from 2 and a half hours from NC to buy from them because from the first contact they were honest and upfront. I stated my needs and wants, and they exceeded my expectations at EVERY turn. All of the people need commending… literally every person I had contacted with were very nice, cordial, polite and made me feel at home. From the reception desk to the finance department, i can only rave about the service. No pressure, only personal service. De’angelo is a fantastic salesman and understands what people want, works hard to meet your needs, and is an all around great person(yes, I said it, a car salesman that is actually genuine and honest) the entire team are all great in their own right.

Michelle was amazing to work with, there was no pressure and she made sure that I was getting the best price not only for my new truck but also for my trade in. I already knew what I wanted and Michelle didn't try to upsell me. First time I've actually enjoyed going to a car dealership. It was definitely worth the drive from the beach. The finance guys and the finance manager were great and answered all of my questions.

Michelle was my sale lady and was great with everything, hands down. She explained things to me, and kept it 💯. Although I was nervous and anxious and within minutes I was approve fast. I love this service department!! They're efficient and knowledgeable. Kristina Herman is the service manager and she has made significant changes and it shows. I will continue to bring my vehicle there anytime that i need anything and I absolutely love the videos that their techs show me of what I need. Transparency is extremely important to me and they exceeded my expectations in that department! Highly recommend.
